The cookies we use.

Last updated: May 1, 2026 Effective: May 1, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember things between visits. They help us keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the product.

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use on the NairoCRM website and in the NairoCRM product, and how to manage them.

Plain version: We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your settings, and understand which features people use. You can turn off the non-essential ones from your browser or our cookie banner.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

These keep the service running. They handle login sessions, security, and load balancing. Without these, NairoCRM does not work. They cannot be turned off.

Functional

These remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you expect. Examples: language, dashboard layout, last-viewed pipeline.

Analytics

These help us understand how people use NairoCRM so we can fix issues and improve the product. They tell us which pages and features are popular and how often errors happen. The data is aggregated.

Marketing

These help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing and decide what content to show on this site. We do not use retargeting pixels on third-party sites today.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies on our site are set by third parties we work with, for example error tracking and payment processing. These providers are bound by contracts that restrict how they may use cookie data.

5. Your choices

On your first visit, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings: block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or delete cookies after each session. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent NairoCRM from working.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry consensus on what to do when one is received. We treat it as a signal but do not exclusively rely on it. Use the cookie settings on this site for the most reliable control.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the cookies we use change. The 'Last updated' date at the top shows when we last changed it.
