The rules of using NairoCRM.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NairoCRM. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use NairoCRM.

If you are using NairoCRM on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and 'you' refers to that organization.

Plain version: Use NairoCRM for legitimate business purposes, keep your account secure, pay your bills on time, and you and us will get along fine.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password safe and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account.

3. Plans, fees, and payment

Some NairoCRM plans are free; others are paid. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on what you select. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for the plan you selected and any add-ons or extra users.

Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NairoCRM to:

  • Break any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or anything deceptive
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
  • Use the service to compete with NairoCRM
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any person

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your data, your ownership

You own the data you put into NairoCRM. You grant us the limited rights we need to host, transmit, back up, and otherwise provide the service to you. We will only use your data to deliver the service to you, support your team, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload and for having the rights and consents needed to process that data using NairoCRM.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep NairoCRM available and performing well, but we do not promise the service will be available 100% of the time. Real-time status and incident history are on our Status page.

We may release new features, change existing ones, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid customers.

7. Termination

By you

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial periods (see the Refund Policy for the exceptions).

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue first.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and at least with reasonable care. Confidential information may only be used to perform under these Terms.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

NairoCRM is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NairoCRM harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service in breach of these Terms or in violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NairoCRM is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
