Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Up to 3 users, 1,000 contacts, and the core sales and ticketing modules at $0 forever. You upgrade when you outgrow it, not before.

What does annual billing save me?

Paying yearly costs the equivalent of 10 months instead of 12 at every paid tier. Starter is $590 a year instead of $708. Standard is $990 instead of $1,188. Pro is $1,990 instead of $2,388.

What if I have more users than my plan allows?

Add as many as you need at $3 per extra user per month on any paid plan, or move to the next tier. Pro can scale comfortably into the low hundreds before Enterprise makes sense.

When does Enterprise become the right fit?

When you are running roughly 250 team members or more, when you need a security review, or when your procurement process needs custom terms. Otherwise Pro plus added seats is almost always the better deal.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, up or down, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards on monthly and annual billing. For Enterprise we also support invoice and bank transfer in USD. All public pricing on this page is in USD.

Can I bring data over from another tool?

Yes. You can import contacts, leads, and deals from Excel, HubSpot, Zoho, and most CRMs. For larger migrations we can help directly. Start free and the import options are inside your workspace.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and role-based access control is included on every plan, including Free. For details on hosting, backups, and compliance, see our security page.
